How do I update my account information (shipping address, billing address, and payment method)?

How to update your shipping address:

First, login to your account HERE: https://www.dailygem.co/account/login. Then click on the "My Subscriptions" tab next to "Delivery Schedule".

When you click on your subscription item you will see a set of options, including "Ships to." Click on "Edit".

Enter your shipping information, and click "Save" at the top right corner.

If you have more than one subscription shipping to the same address, please check that you are updating both addresses.

If you have more than one subscription shipping to different addresses, please check that you are updating the correct subscription.

How to update your billing address:

First, login to your account HERE: https://www.dailygem.co/account/login. Then click on Edit next to "Billing Address" on the left-hand side of your account portal. Enter your billing information, and click "Save" at the top right corner.

How to update your payment information:

First, login to your account HERE: https://www.dailygem.co/account/login. Then click on Edit next to "Payment Method" on the left-hand side of your account portal. Enter your payment information, and click "Update Card."
