Does GEM accept returns, refunds or exchanges?

We do not accept returns/refunds or exchanges due to the sensitive nature of our product.

Please note: all subscription requests, including flavor change, address adjustment, and cancellations, must be made prior to the charge date. Once a charge has processed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to a shipment. If you are reaching out to to make changes to your order, we do require at least 1 full business day notice.
