Does GEM accept returns, refunds or exchanges?

We do not accept returns/refunds or exchanges due to the sensitive nature of our product, but please reach out to hello@dailygem.co with any questions, comments or concerns and we'd be happy to address them.

Please note: all subscription requests, including flavor change, address adjustment, and cancellations, must be made at least 24 hours before the next charge date. Once a charge has processed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to a shipment.
