Does GEM accept returns, refunds or exchanges?

We do not accept returns/refunds or exchanges due to the sensitive nature of our product, but please reach out to with any questions, comments or concerns and we'd be happy to address them.

Please note: all subscription requests, including flavor change, address adjustment, and cancellations, must be made at least 24 hours before the next charge date. Once a charge has processed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to a shipment.
