What form of b-complex?

Updated 3 months ago by Aimee Ochsner

Our B-vitamins come from spirulina, chlorella and quinoa sprouts germinated with B-vitamins. During the germination process of the quinoa, the vitamins are being incorporated into the quinoa seeds and are available in their free form as well as transformed into their biologically active forms, which is why our B-Complex contains both 120mcg of folic acid as well as 60 mcg of folate. As for our B12 specifically, it is in the form of methylcobalamin, a relevant co-factor of the methylation cycle.
