Health & safety measures GEM is taking in our facilities regarding COVID-19:

All of our facilities have put strict measures in place to ensure all team members have the support, resources, and space they need to stay healthy. We’ve redesigned shift structure to accommodate regular deep cleanings as well as updated team layouts so we have fewer people working at a time and can allow for proper social distancing. Otherwise we are still operating and doing our best to maintain business as usual!

Processing and Shipping:

GEM has continued to fulfill all packages within 1-2 business days after an order has been placed. However, you might experience shipping delays on USPS's end due to the current pandemic. We apologize for any delays you might experience during this time, and truly appreciate your patience and support.
